I once owned this scooter, so I knew what I was getting. Advertised as "new," the box had been opened before. I also found an Amazon return receipt inside listing the reason as "DAMAGE". However, it was clear to me the scooter had never been assembled, let alone ridden. I found no "DAMAGE" beyond the box, which is normal for a box this big. Scooter rides well and I am happy with the price I paid (assuming it continues to work as well as my old one). Good seller, thank you for listing this.

Seller ensured the batteries could ship from the mainland to Hawaii successfully without any hiccup.
