For sale is a used Keithley 2602A sourcemeter. It has been tested to output both voltage and current (see pictures for some of the tests performed). Although no errors were found, due to the variety of functions of this item, we could not test all combinations of voltages and currents.
The meters shown on some of the pictures are to demonstrate performance of the item and are not part of this sale.
No tests of the digital interfaces (USB, Ethernet, TSP, serial, 488) were performed.
